Of the numerous farmhouses owned by the Company, mainly built in the Nineteenth Century, and no longer used since the end of sharecropping (1955–1965), we began renovating some for farm holidays in 1991.
Currently we have 13 renovated buildings, of which 4 are owned by Giacomo Mori and the rest by brothers, which can host 100 people. The renovations were done maintaining the building and architectural characteristics, with stone walls, wooden ceilings, tile floor, wooden doors and windows, style furnishing.
The average surface area of the 4 buildings owned by Giacomo Mori, located in Le Case and Casella, is about 250/300 sq. m with a hosting capacity of 8 beds each making a total of 30 beds. Renting lasts 1 or more weeks. The buildings have two 6x12 m pools, independent heating, satellite TV, telephone, dishwasher, washing machine.
The Company offers cleaning service, sheet changing, cleaning of the swimming pools.
